\'a5 Youth Panel is not required to conduct in-person meetings; however it may exercise such an option if so desired\
\'a5 The baseline mode of communication is via email (e-groups), when the Secretariat has identified issues on which consultation with the Youth Panel is sought\
\'a5 Emails sent from a Secretariat representative to the Youth Panel, seeking consultation, should be responded to by each YP within 72 hours\'ca\
